| A few years after 1759(when they decided to make the lagoon a property of the State) they made the first tests of extraction of salt in the lagoon of the Bush . The organized salt extraction operation began after being observed the good quality of the obtained product. The first boardings of salt were made in the road of the Bush, but after verifying itself that the conditions for the accomplishment of this task were better in Torrevieja, the operation was transferred. |
